How it all started...
Bethel Baptist Church (as was originally named) was formed in 1876 by 12 members who joined together to worship and serve. The location and buildings that housed the church have changed several times in our 145+ year history, and the name was changed by common usage to Coaling Baptist Church. Expanding the vision...
Offering many ministries and places to serve, Coaling Baptist Church has a place for everyone. We offer small group Bible Study for all ages and we teach all ages that it is never to early to serve Christ by being His hands and feet to our community, state, region, country and world.
Where we are headed...
As God continues to work through us and use us to reach our community, we aim to be more like Him and less like the world. We will continue to preach the gospel, share Jesus with those we come in contact with, provide opportunities for spiritual growth and meet people and needs along the way.
